DAY OF THE DEAD
Day of the Dead, or Dia de los Muertos in Spanish, is a Latin holiday celebrated on November 1st and 2nd. It is a time when families and friends gather to remember and honor their loved ones who have passed away. The holiday is celebrated with colorful decorations, elaborate altars, and parades that often feature people dressed up in skeleton costumes. I really enjoy photographing the Day of the Dead festivals and observing the various rituals because of the vibrant colors and unique cultural traditions. It's a fascinating way to witness and celebrate the cycle of life and death, and to appreciate the beauty in both.
